Emmanuel, a Texas Veteran serving in the Unites States Marine Corp from 2004-2008. Post service, Emmanuel studied at Texas State University. During his studies, he opened a small business in south Austin in which he designed the business model for helping veterans and their spouses. After selling his business, he continued his service in helping veterans by joining the Capfi Lending team. He now specializes in VA lending and First Time Homebuyers.
He believes in providing integrity to all his clients. With 5+ years in customer experience and helping in structure mortgage loans, he understands the confusion that comes when purchasing a home. Skills taught while serving in the Marines and as a small business owner, has helped Emmanuel adapt and overcome the problems that may arise during the loan process.
Emmanuel is an Austin resident where he has invested in multiple rental properties and has volunteered his time into helping veterans. He is committed to creating an easy loan process and creating a memorable experience.
